Around the World

A darts classic. Hit every number on the board in sequence from 1 through to 20, then finish on the bullseye. First to complete the sequence wins.

Players 2 or more
Equipment Standard dartboard, 3 darts per player

Objective

  1. Each player must hit the numbers 1 through 20 in order, then finish by hitting the bullseye (the centre circle — outer or inner bull both count).

Gameplay

  1. Players take turns throwing 3 darts each.
  2. You must hit your current target number before moving on to the next. Any segment of the number counts — single, double, or treble.
  3. If you hit a double of your current number, you skip ahead one number. Hit a treble and you skip ahead two. For example, if you're on 7 and hit treble 7, you jump straight to 10.
  4. Any dart that doesn't hit your current target number is wasted — it scores nothing.

Winning

  1. The first player to hit all numbers 1–20 and then land a bullseye wins.
  2. If multiple players finish on the same round, the player who finished with fewer total darts thrown wins.

Finishing order

  1. Players are ranked by the round in which they complete the sequence. Players who don't finish are ranked by the highest number they reached.

Scoring

Points are awarded based on finishing position across all events. Highest total wins The Coopies.
